Polyplex Corporation’s BOPP Print and Lamination Sarafil is a transparent, biaxially oriented polypropylene film engineered for superior printability and lamination performance. With excellent gloss, clarity, and surface treatment retention, it ensures vibrant graphics and strong adhesive bonding. Designed for food, pharma, and consumer goods packaging, this non-heat sealable film features anti-static and slip properties for smooth machine handling and extended shelf life protection against moisture and oxygen.

  • Thickness: 20 microns (ASTM D374)
  • Width: 1100 mm (Internal QA)
  • Length: 8000 meters (Internal QA)
  • Surface Treatment: One-side corona treated (DIN 53364)
  • Heat Sealability: Non-heat sealable (N/A)
  • Elongation at Break (MD/TD): ≥150% / ≥60% (ASTM D882)
  • Modulus of Elasticity (MD/TD): ≥3500 MPa / ≥4500 MPa (ASTM D882)
  • Surface Tension: ≥38 dynes/cm (ASTM D2578)
  • Heat Shrinkage (150°C, 15 min): ≤5% MD / ≤4% TD (ASTM D1204)
