CALPET PM-1200 is a high-performance calcium carbonate (CaCO₃) masterbatch engineered for polypropylene (PP) applications. Formulated with 82% ultrafine CaCO₃, 12% PP carrier resin, and 6% functional additives, it delivers exceptional dispersion, cost efficiency, and enhanced mechanical properties. Ideal for woven sacks, raffia tape, and injection-molded parts, PM-1200 improves tensile strength and impact resistance while maintaining consistent coloration and surface finish. Its low melt flow index ensures precise processing control in demanding manufacturing environments.
