Sanmin NTCK HL-168 is a high-performance, water-based anti-tack agent engineered for uncured (green) rubber compounds including NR, SBR, BR, and IIR. It forms an invisible, non-stick barrier that prevents rubber sheets from adhering during stacking, storage, or transport—without leaving chalky residues or surface defects. With a neutral pH (6.5–8.5), low odor, and excellent emulsion stability, it ensures clean handling, consistent processing, and superior surface finish. Ideal for tire, belt, seal, and molded rubber production, this product enhances workflow efficiency while minimizing material waste and preserving product quality.
