Functioning as both an internal and external lubricant, it reduces melt viscosity for smoother flow during extrusion or molding while preventing adhesion to metal surfaces for effortless demolding. Ideal for use with ABS, PVC, PS, PP, PE, nylon, and acetal, SLUBE EBS enhances surface gloss, slip, printability, and pigment dispersion. With low ash content (<0.1%), minimal volatility (<0.3%), and excellent thermal stability (flash point: 280°C), it ensures clean, consistent, and efficient production across a wide range of industrial applications.
