High-performance UV stabilizer masterbatch for enhanced polymer durability


V-Stab 7080 is a concentrated UV stabilizer masterbatch designed to protect polymers from degradation caused by ultraviolet (UV) radiation. Formulated with premium hindered amine light stabilizers (HALS) and optimized carrier resins, it offers superior long-term weatherability and color stability in outdoor applications. Ideal for use in polyolefins such as HDPE, LDPE, and PP, V-Stab 7080 ensures extended product lifespan under harsh environmental conditions without compromising processability or mechanical properties.

  • Active Ingredient Content: 15% (FTIR / TGA)
  • Carrier Resin: Polyethylene (PE) (DSC)
  • Melting Point: 105–115°C (DSC)
  • Density: 0.94 g/cm³ (ASTM D792)
  • Particle Size: 1–3 mm pellets (ASTM D1921)
  • Color: White to off-white (Visual)
