ISO 9001:2015 - Quality Management System - Implementation eLearning Course

The Objective for this course:

4. Use the quality management principles to improve customer satisfaction and raise quality awareness.
5. Successfully plan and implement a management system based on an ISO standard.
6. Manage the implementation and the project team using project management principles and techniques.
7. Ensure changes to processes and procedures are communicated and everyone is trained so they can support and contribute to the management system objectives.
8. Complete an objective evaluation of your organisation’s current performance, to ensure the processes are in place and operating as intended.
9. Plan and prepare activities in readiness for the certification audit.

1. The course is designed for Anyone whose role requires them to understand how to have the knowledge and skills needed to conduct an internal audit.
2. Before starting this course it is recommended that learners have the prior knowledge about The concepts of quality management and its relationship to customer satisfaction and ISO 9000 quality management guidance and principles.
3. Completion criteria: learners will be required to complete the entire course and gain a pass mark of 80% or more in the final assessment. Upon successful completion learners will be able to download a certificate of completion.
