Reinforced with glass fibers and over 40% inorganic additives, it is engineered to aggressively remove stubborn carbon contamination and facilitate extremely fast material changes[cite: 448, 449, 450, 465]. Operating between 200°C and 330°C, this grade is ideal for screw pulls as it peels off easily, significantly reducing manual cleaning time[cite: 451, 456]. Due to its high abrasive power, it is a dedicated mechanical cleaning grade that is not suitable for hot runners or machine sealing[cite: 452, 453, 456].
