Transparent Blown Film Masterbatch Filler for HDPE, LLDPE, LDPE

NATRIUM FILLER MASTERBATCH Nanometer 95 is a polyethylene-based masterbatch containing 75% anhydrous Sodium Sulfate (Na₂SO₄), offering natural high transparency and excellent dispersion performance. This material can be blended with polyethylene carriers for blown film, extrusion, injection molding, and other applications with recommended addition levels ranging from 5% to 50%, depending on customer requirements.

Processing Conditions

• Processing Temperature: 150°C – 230°C
• Mixing Ratio: Monolayer 5% – 30%, ABA 20% – 80%
• Drying is not required (moisture content max 0.07%)
• Suitable for blown film, cast film, injection molding, and extrusion processes
• Use within 24 hours after opening
• If blistering occurs due to humid conditions, add a small amount of desiccant during processing

Storage Conditions

• Avoid moisture, direct sunlight, and physical damage during transportation and storage

• If moisture contamination occurs, dry using hot air circulation at 90°C for 30 minutes
• Shelf Life: 1 year unopened; up to 1 week after opening if properly resealed
