HDPE P0648N is a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) bimodal extrusion grade engineered for demanding pressure pipe and piping system applications. Designed to meet PE100 performance requirements, this grade delivers exceptional long-term hydrostatic strength, excellent resistance to slow crack growth (SCG), and superior environmental stress crack resistance (ESCR). Supplied in natural-colored pellets, P0648N offers high impact strength, stable processing behavior, and reliable performance under continuous pressure, making it ideal for water and gas distribution systems. Its bimodal molecular structure ensures an optimal balance between stiffness, toughness, and processability, enabling consistent extrusion of pipes, linings, and molded fittings with excellent dimensional stability and durability.
