Terms of Payments (TOP) is a payment facility provided by sellers who join the Tokoplas platform, offering a limit tailored to the customer’s monthly needs. This service provides two options for payment terms, 14 days and 30 days, where the prices displayed on the platform are adjusted according to the selected payment term by the customer.

Individuals:

  • Minimum age: 21 years old.
  • Maximum age: 65 years old.

Businesses:

  • The company must have been established for at least 2 years.
  • Must have a transaction history with the relevant seller for at least the last 2 years.

  • How do I make a payment?

    • Payments can be made via the Virtual Account number that will appear on the Tokoplas system.

  • What if I am unable to make payment by the due date?

    • You will be subject to a daily penalty of 1% of the total loan and an additional daily penalty of 0.1% of the total loan, starting from one day after the due date.
