Resin TPV3 is a high-performance thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) developed by Lotte Chemical Corporation under the Titanzex brand. Combining the elasticity of rubber with the processability of thermoplastics, TPV3 offers excellent flexibility, heat resistance, and chemical stability. Ideal for applications requiring repeated flexing and environmental durability, this material is engineered for extrusion, injection molding, and blow molding processes.

Processing Conditions
- Extrusion Temperature: 180–210°C
- Injection Molding Temperature: 190–220°C
- Molding Pressure: 60–100 bar
