TMO-1409.1243 is a premium-grade orange masterbatch engineered for consistent color dispersion and exceptional durability in thermoplastic processing. With 10% pigment concentration, it delivers vibrant orange hues while maintaining compatibility with polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE). Designed for industrial use, it offers heat stability up to 230°C, light fastness level 5, and migration resistance (grade 3), making it ideal for outdoor and high-temperature applications. Rigorously tested for appearance, MFI, bulk density, and color consistency (dE Lab ≤ 1), this masterbatch ensures batch-to-batch reliability and process efficiency. Packaged in 25 kg bags for easy handling and dosing.
