PET RAMAPET N1 is a premium-grade polyethylene terephthalate (PET) resin engineered by Indorama Ventures for high-performance packaging applications. Ideal for food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries, this resin delivers exceptional clarity, mechanical strength, and barrier properties. With an intrinsic viscosity of 0.80 dL/g, ultra-low acetaldehyde content (1 ppm), and controlled crystallinity, it ensures product integrity, extended shelf life, and regulatory compliance. Suitable for heat-set blow molding and warm-fill processes.

Processing Conditions
- Drying: 160–180°C for 4–6 hours before processing
- Extrusion temperature: 270–290°C
- Injection molding: 280–300°C barrel temp, 10–40°C mold temp
- Blow molding: Preform temp 95–115°C, stretch ratio 2.5:1 to 3:1
