Masterfill WSM109 is a premium-grade filler masterbatch engineered for polyethylene (PE) and compatible with polypropylene (PP) applications. Containing 82±1% ultra-fine calcium carbonate (CaCO₃) derived from natural calcite, it offers exceptional whiteness (>96%), purity (96–98%), and dispersion in polymer matrices. Designed to replace up to 50% of virgin resin in thick films or blow molding, WSM109 reduces material costs while enhancing hardness, gloss, and dimensional stability. Its low moisture content (0.06 wt%) and optimized melt flow rate (0.1–1 g/10 min) ensure smooth processing across extrusion, injection, and blow molding lines. Odorless, non-toxic, and compliant with FDA, REACH, and ISO 9001-2015 standards, it’s ideal for food-contact packaging and industrial containers.
