Masterfill WSM205i is a premium filler masterbatch engineered for polypropylene (PP) applications. Formulated with 85±1% ultra-fine calcium carbonate (1μm / 1750 mesh) and PP carrier resin, it delivers superior dispersion, improved mechanical properties, and significant cost savings. Ideal for injection molding and extrusion, WSM205i enhances surface gloss, whiteness, stiffness, and thermal stability — making it perfect for household goods, industrial components, and food-contact products. Compliant with FDA, REACH, and ISO 9001-2015 standards.
