RECYCLED LDPE TR A is a high-grade recycled low-density polyethylene (r-LDPE) pellet resin specially developed for blown film extrusion and flexible packaging applications. Processed from high-quality post-industrial transparent plastic sheet waste, this grade offers excellent melt strength, high film clarity, good bubble stability, and strong heat-seal performance, serving as an eco-friendly and premium alternative to virgin LDPE resins.
Key Features
- Post-Industrial Transparent Feedstock: Sourced from clean post-industrial clear plastic sheets to ensure superior clarity, high material purity, and low contamination.
- Optimized for Blown Film Lines: Excellent melt strength and viscosity properties support stable bubble formation and uniform gauge control.
- High Optical Quality: Provides good film transparency and surface gloss suitable for clear packaging applications.
- Eco-Friendly Sustainable Choice: Reduces reliance on virgin polyolefins and lowers the carbon footprint of flexible plastic packaging.
- Balanced Film Mechanics: Delivers strong tensile properties, good tear resistance, and reliable seal integrity.

Processing & Storage Guidelines
- Drying Recommendation: Pre-drying at 60°C – 70°C for 1 to 2 hours is recommended prior to film processing if moisture absorption occurs during storage.
- Storage Conditions: Keep in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse, protected from direct sunlight, UV exposure, and moisture.
Note: As this resin is manufactured from post-industrial recycled feedstocks, minor lot-to-lot property variations may occur. Production trials are recommended to determine optimal extrusion parameters.
