NOVACOTE NC-292-A with co-reactant CA-7970 is a premium solvent-based, two-component polyester polyurethane adhesive system engineered for high-demand lamination applications. Designed to bond transparent films, AIO/SiOx-coated substrates, and metallized structures, this NCO/OH-type adhesive delivers strong initial adhesion and outstanding heat resistance after full cure. It is especially effective for laminating PET, BOPP, CPP, OPA, CPA, low-slip PE films (slip agent <50ppm on 70µm film), and aluminum foil. The resulting laminates exhibit excellent durability, withstanding pasteurization, boil-in-bag processing, sterilization, and exposure to aggressive filling media. With its reliable performance and compliance with food contact regulations, NOVACOTE NC-292-A/CA-7970 is ideal for food packaging, medical device packaging, and industrial flexible packaging where long-term integrity is critical.

Processing Conditions
