HAIPET #70 is a high-performance calcium carbonate masterbatch engineered as an inert filler for plastic applications. Composed of 86% ultrafine calcium carbonate encapsulated in a carrier resin system of HDPE and LLDPE, it delivers enhanced mechanical strength, dimensional stability, and surface finish while reducing raw material costs. With excellent dispersion characteristics and low moisture content (≤0.2%), HAIPET #70 ensures smooth processing in injection molding and film extrusion. Its 800 mesh particle size guarantees uniform distribution, minimizing defects and supporting consistent quality in end products such as packaging films, household containers, automotive parts, and industrial molded goods.
