INTRASLIP PE 59 is a premium masterbatch slip agent engineered to enhance the processing and performance of polyethylene (PE) resins. Formulated with 4.5%–5.5% active slip agent dispersed in a polyethylene carrier (94.5%–95.5%), it delivers consistent slip properties across a wide range of temperatures and processing conditions. By reducing surface friction between polymer layers, INTRASLIP PE 59 improves film handling, prevents blocking, and enhances production efficiency in extrusion, blow molding, and film manufacturing. It also reduces static buildup, minimizing contamination risks and improving end-product quality. Stable under ambient storage conditions, this versatile additive is ideal for food packaging, industrial films, pipes, and profiles.
