PP SPUNBOND WHITE 03 (P) is a high-quality recycled polypropylene (PP) resin specifically formulated for spunbond nonwoven fabric manufacturing. This white-grade resin offers excellent melt flow, consistent color, and good mechanical properties, making it ideal for producing lightweight, durable, and cost-effective nonwoven materials used in hygiene, medical, agricultural, and packaging applications.

  • Density: 0.90-0.91 g/cm³ (ASTM D792)
  • Melting Point: 160-165°C (DSC)
  • Color: White (Visual / ASTM D1925)

  • Tensile Strength (Longitudinal): ≥25 MPa (ASTM D882)
  • Elongation at Break: ≥300% (ASTM D882)
