STERLENE™ HMU210 is a specialty 20% talc-filled polypropylene compound (PP-TD20) developed to deliver good dimensional stability and reliable heat resistance. Designed primarily for automotive under-hood applications, this material offers a balanced combination of stiffness, thermal performance, and processability. Supplied in pellet form, HMU210 is suitable for injection molding and can be produced in black, natural, or customized colors to meet specific application requirements.

- Density: 1.05 g/cm³ (ISO 1183)
- Tensile Strength at Yield: 30 MPa (ISO 527/5)

- Elongation at Yield: 5.0% (ISO 527/5)
- Flexural Strength: 50 MPa (ISO 178)
- Flexural Modulus: 2800 MPa (ISO 178)
- Izod Notched Impact Strength @ 23°C: 4.2 kJ/m² (ISO 180/B)
- HDT @ 1.8 MPa (85°C × 2h anneal): 87°C (ISO 75-2/A)
- HDT @ 0.45 MPa: 120°C (ISO 75-2/B)

Processing Conditions
