CCP PBT 1200-200M is a high-performance Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT) resin engineered by Chang Chun Plastics Co., Ltd. for demanding applications in the electrical, computer, and automotive industries. This grade delivers an exceptional balance of mechanical strength, thermal stability, and electrical insulation, with outstanding resistance to chemicals, moisture, and environmental stress. Processing Conditions
- Processing Temperature Range: 240–260°C
- Mold Temperature: 80–100°C
- Drying Condition: 120°C for 4–6 hours prior to processing
- Injection Pressure: 80–120 MPa
- Cooling Time: 20–40 seconds (dependent on part thickness)
